Nick has worked in the property market for over 15 years as a specialist in commercial property investments and asset management. He has advised clients on a wide range of transactions throughout the South East and is well known for his energetic and tenacious approach to deal-making ensuring the optimum outcome for his clients. In addition, he acts as a strategic advisor to many property investment companies and has a flexible approach that allows him to represent both private and corporate clients. Notable transactions include;

1. Acting on behalf of a family trust, he advised on the acquisition of a mixed-use portfolio of 208 properties in East London with a deal value of over £50m.
2. Acting on behalf of a charity, he advised on the disposal of a portfolio of flats in East London to a syndicate of private investors with a deal value in excess of £16m.
3. Acting on behalf of Bellway Homes he acted as an advisor on the acquisition of a site in South London benefiting from planning consent for the development of 96 residential units and 25,000 square feet of commercial space with a deal value in excess of £9m.

Away from the office he can be found on the tennis court, golf course or with his head in his hands at his beloved football team West Ham United.
