Harston&Co have completed on the sale of the commercial space within a mixed-use scheme in Bow, London, E3. The property was let to an independent convenience store operator and the sale reflected a Net Initial Yield of 6.85%. Following a short marketing period, a number of strong offers were received and the buyer proceeded to complete in a timely manner. Despite the current uncertain times, we still have strong demand for good quality investment and development properties.
