Harston&Co were instructed on this first floor open plan industrial style offices in Dalston, London N1 in December of 2017. The unit was let to a structural engineer looking to expand their offices. We then went on to let 2 other floors each measuring over 1,600 square feet (approximately) in the building and negotiated the lease renewal of the ground floor tenant also, all within months of each other.

The landlord appreciated all our advice along the way, with new FRI-leases put in place to stronger covenant tenants, where previously only short -term contracts were used. The building is now fully let and provides more secure income for at least 3 years.
