On behalf of a private family trust, Harston&Co have exchanged on a four-storey mixed-use building in Stratford, E15. The property is in close proximity to Maryland station which will form part of the Crossrail Network. The area has benefited from significant uplifts in values since regeneration began in preparation for the 2012 Olympics.
